Terms and condition for RILEY'S LOGISTICS JA

1. Services

   Riley's Logistics provides shipping services across jamaica, including island wide delivery and logistics solutions.

2. Delivery Times

   Estimated delivery times are provided, but not gauranteed. Riley's logistics will not be liable for delays due to unforseen circumstances,weather conditions or traffic.

3. Liability

   Liability for lost or damaged goods is limited to declare value of the shipment. Customers are advised to declare the full value of their goods and purchase additional insurance if necessary.

4. Payment

   Payment terms are cash on delivery or prepaid. A service fee may apply for COD shipments.

5. Claims

   Claims for lost or damaged must be 3 days of delivery. Customers must provide proof of delivery and evidence of damage or loss.

6. Packaging

   Customers are responsible for ensuring goods are properly packaged for shipping. Riley's logistics is reserves the right to refuse shipment of improperly packaged goods.

7. Prohibited hazards

   Riley's logistics reserves the right to refuse shipment of prohibited items, included but not limited to:

   • Hazardous materials

   • Perishable goods

   • Firearms and ammunition

   • Live animals

8. Cancellation Policy

   Shipments maybe cancelled within 24 hours of booking, subject to cancellation fee.

9. Governing Law

   These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
